Teacher Watcharaporn Pangsuk is assigned to organize learning activities in the subjects of Computer Science, Computational Science, and Career Education. She designs learning processes to align with digital-age education, aiming to adapt students' learning processes to the changes in the digital world and develop key competencies such as: 1. Digital-Age Literacy, 2. Inventive Thinking, 3. Effective Communication, 4. Life Skills Competency, and 5. Technological Competency. The goal is to develop students' essential 21st-century skills and abilities. She actively seeks professional development through various training programs organized by educational institutions and other organizations to improve the effectiveness of her teaching, exchange knowledge with fellow teachers within and outside her institution, and apply her acquired knowledge and experience to learning activities and other organizational events, fostering a "professional learning community" within the school. Furthermore, she aims to have her research published in research journals. Therefore, it is beneficial and serves as a good example for fellow teachers and colleagues in the education profession, as well as the supervising organization.
